Kire Boseovski

Chef Kire Boseovski was raised as a proud Macedonian. He found himself inspired with his family cultural passion around food. It's meaning was so great that his passion started to blossom. Kire started his career in 1996 in small family operated restaurants in New York. His passion exploded into love for the culinary industry. In 1998, at 16 years old, after a family relocation to Markham Ontario, Kire found himself working at Al Dente, with one of the most amazing Italian chefs, Corrado Tomarchio. Kire knew then that he needed to hone his skills and decided at 18 to attend Humber college.
Kire graduated with honors in 2003. He worked with Hilton Hotels under James Bodanis. Marriott Hotel, York Down Golf and CC, Granite club and more. Kire began teaching at Humber College in 2011 and gained his certified chef de cuisine the same year. In 2012 Kire started with Woodbine Casino as a sous chef advancing in to the chef gaming position. In 2016 after working and competing around the world through his career Kire competed in the Culinary Olympics against 50 other countries winning Gold for Canada with Humber College. Kire met Steven Dankha in 2012 when Steve joined Kire as his apprentice at Woodbine. Moved by his passion, Kire joined forces with Steve in 2019.
